Lamb 37%, Filling (lamb, gravy (water, lamb stock, gravy powder (modifed maize starch (sulphites), salt, wheatflour (with calcium, iron, niacin & thiamine), herbs, preservative (sodium diacetate), malt extract (barley), yeast extract, flavouring (soya), onion powder, spice extract, herb extract)), Pastry: wheatflour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine & raising agents (calcium phosphate/sodium bicarbonate), margarine (palm & rapeseed oils, water, salt, emulsifier: (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids)), natural vegetable colours (annatto/curcumin), natural flavouring), shortening (palm, coconut & rapeseed oils), preservative (potassium sorbate)), Glaze: (water, maltodextrin potato, modified maize starch, dextrose, stabiliser (carboxy methyl cellulose), natural colour (annatto), caramel).

Heating guidelines

In the oven This wonderful pie can be eaten hot or cold, defrost the pie overnight in your fridge, and warm through in the oven;

Small (180oC/Gas mark 4 for 15-20 mins, 190oC Non Fan assisted).

Medium (180oC/Gas mark 4 for 25-30 mins, 190oC Non Fan assisted).

Large (180oC/Gas mark 4 for 40-45 mins, 190oC Non Fan assisted).

Pour over some extra gravy if you wish. Remember, for us to add more gravy, we would have to reduce the meat content! 

ENSURE PRODUCT IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING

Microwave Although our pies "can" be microwaved (remove foil for extra safety) we dont recommend this as it will cause the pastry to become too soft and will ruin the texture, for best results heat in a conventional oven for the times and temperatures given above.

Delicious cuts of leg of lamb slowly cooked to make the meat beautifully tender. This pie has been described as a 'Sunday dinner in a pie'. The meat is added to a minty gravy and encased in our melt in the mouth shortcrust pastry.

Our special pie pastry does NOT contain any hydrogenated fats or oils, and uses only vegetable margarine & shortening.

Chicken,Ham and Leek Pie

This is the only pie that we have eaten so far.
The pie was first class, the pastry was really tasty,and the filling was delicious and the pie was filled completely with ingredients ,with no gravy like other pies that we have used in the past
When we are close to finishing the pies we will be placing a new order

Yummy lamb.

Haven’t eaten this one yet, but from previous purchases, assuming it’s still the same, it will be so delicious. The best one in my opinion.
