The most popular and traditional of all English cooking Apples. The Bramley Apple seed was originally sewn in Southwell in Nottinghamshire in 1834 only 7 miles from our bakery. The Bramley Apple is used extensively in baking and it combines with other fruits to make beautiful combinations.
